Thank you for shopping with Travel Soxiety. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently throughout the continental United States.

Shipping Availability

Travel Soxiety currently ships only within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International addresses

Orders placed outside of our shipping zone will be canceled and refunded.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are given during checkout and depend on the shipping method you choose. 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping speed selected.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Travel Soxiety is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • File a claim if applicable.

  • Contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
